Sven Pfrommer was born in Berlin, Germany. His journey in visual arts began with his studies in visual communication at the HAWK University of Hildesheim from 1989 to 1994.
Pfrommer furthered his education at the Royal College of Art in London from 1997 to 1998, where he was recognized as a British Council scholar for visual art.
Sven Pfrommer is an award-winning photographer and visual artist based in Berlin, with a career spanning over two decades. His artistic practice crosses the boundaries of photography, painting, and printmaking, working with a variety of materials such as acrylic, resin, aluminum, copper, wood, canvas, lambda, and dibond.
Pfrommer has lived and worked in five countries and has taught at top universities. His work is frequently presented in international art exhibitions and major art fairs.
He collaborates with art galleries, art consultants, architects, and designers to bring art projects to life, offering original works, limited editions, installation art, wall coverings, and concepts for interior and corporate art projects.
